Dearne Valley Motor Company was established in 2001 with one clear objective; to offer its customers the opportunity to select and buy from a comprehensive range of quality vehicles in a relaxed but professional environment.
Buying or changing a car should be a pleasure to be enjoyed, not a chore to be endured.
With this guiding principle firmly embedded in all our day to day operations, the company has steadily grown in size, with some notable landmarks along the way.
In 2004 Dearne Valley Motor Company became a main dealer for Daihatsu. No mean feat considering that Daihatsu aim to become the world's leading compact car maker.
Daihatsu expect their dealers to match their own pedigree and aspirations and we consider it a huge validation of our business that our relationship with them has gone from strength to strength.
So much so in fact that in May 2006 we opened our new site in Wakefield to complement the site at Darfield, meaning that we are able to offer our range of quality new and used vehicles to customers in both South and West Yorkshire.
At the same time we became the only dealer in the country to offer Daihatsu vehicles from two separate sites.
The way that we work and the relationships that we develop with our customers mean that many of them have returned to us time and again, and have been happy to recommend us to friends, family and work colleagues as the best place to visit when changing their car.
